How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Once we receive your order, we will check the availability of the items and get the products ready for shipping. The usual processing time is one day, after which your order will be shipped. POSTNL is the delivery company we use for orders to all parts of the world. Yet we also DPD and UPS, depending on the country of destination. Every parcel is shipped with the Registered with Track & Trace service. This service is available for most countries in the world, and you will be asked to sign for a receipt.

Tracking your order
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing all of the tracking information.
Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, the following general rules apply to all Holland Boutique orders:
- Delivery to EU member countries: three to six working days.
- Delivery to the rest of the world: six to 14 working days.
If you wait the specified number of days and your order fails to arrive, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and contact details.
What to do if you are not at the address at the time of delivery
It is up to the delivery person to decide whether to require a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager or doorman. Most often, the delivery professional will prefer to give you the parcel in person. There will be several delivery attempts if you happen to be away from home the first time. When a package is returned and labeled as undeliverable, you will get a full refund unless improper order refusal has taken place. Undeliverable orders will not be resent. You must place a new order to receive your items.
