How do I cancel or return my order?
All our valued customers have the right of withdrawal and reimbursement of payments.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your contract with hollandboutique.com within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (hollandboutique.com B.V., - Maarse & Kroon hof 8 - 1431 PB Aalsmeer - the Netherlands - email: firstname.lastname@example.org - phone +31-612 664 998), of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Effect of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from your contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If in connection with the contract you have already received the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You shall send back the goods without undue delay. Please address your return to:

Please be noted that you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs is estimated at around EUR 35 for goods with a shipping weight of 5kg.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
My products were damaged upon receipt, what to do?
Although we do our best efforts to pack your order carefully, it could happen some or all of your products arrive with damages. In such case, we kindly request you to inform us within 24 hours after receipt and provide us with a photo of the damaged products. We will then send you a complete new set of products as soon as possible.
